About Me

Hi! I'm Kristina Howe, a personal trainer and health coach located in Kettering, OH. As a personal trainer and health coach, I am passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. My love for fitness began at a young age when I played multiple sports. This passion has stayed with me throughout my life and has led me to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry. I have extensive experience working with women of all ages and fitness levels, and I specialize in helping clients achieve goals such as weight loss, increased strength, improved balance, and enhanced endurance. 

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy hiking, watching TV, listening to podcasts, cooking, and spending time with my dog. My approach to training and coaching is holistic and focuses on overall health and well-being. I believe that fitness is not just about looking good, but also about feeling good and being healthy both physically and mentally. I work closely with each client to develop a customized plan that meets their unique needs and goals. This includes not only exercise, but also nutrition and lifestyle changes. I use a variety of training methods to keep workouts fun and challenging, and I provide ongoing support and guidance to help my clients stay motivated and on track. Together, we can achieve lasting results and positive change.

TRAINING PLAN OPTIONS

Personal Training

One on one training  in a private studio, in-home (limited availability based on travel distance), or public gym (if allowed). Every session is designed for the client based on their abilities, equipment, and goals. 

Options start at $60 per session


Health Coaching

One on one coaching in healthy lifestyle change. Plans could include weekly one hour meetings, email/text communication, meal plans/guides, and written training plans.

Options start at $100 for 4 weeks

Written Plans

Plans are unique to each individual. All based on ability, goals, and equipment available. Monthly check-ins required for progress purposes.

Plans start at $50 for 4 weeks
